Accommodation with pets is possible only upon prior reservation and approval by the hotel, and pets are allowed only with a passport and the necessary immunizations.

• Pets weighing up to 15 kg are allowed, provided they have established hygiene habits and have received the vaccinations required by law.

• A fee of €25 / BGN 48.90 is charged for each pet, and pets are only allowed in the rooms opposite the football field.

• If cleaning is required after your pet has been in the complex or in the room where you are staying, a fee of €25 / BGN 48.90 will be charged.

Pets are not allowed in the restaurants, SPA Center, swimming pools and adjacent areas, as well as children's facilities.

• Pets should only be walked on a leash, in a manner that is safe for other guests, and you are required to clean up after them. We can provide cleaning supplies; please contact the reception desk.

• Any property damage caused by pets will be charged to the guest's account and is payable upon departure from the hotel.

• Damage caused by a pet to other guests or visitors to the hotel or their property is the sole responsibility of the pet owner, and the hotel is not responsible for any claims in this regard.

• In such cases, the hotel has the right to cancel the accommodation of the guest and the pet without notice and without owing compensation for unused services.

• In cases where a pet causes inconvenience to other guests or visitors to the hotel, including (but not limited to) noise from barking, howling, etc., its owner will be asked to terminate their accommodation at the complex.

• For security reasons, rodents, poisonous or dangerous animals are not allowed in the complex.
