Each guest is accommodated in the hotel after making an advance payment of the amount of the room or apartment and a deposit payment (25 Euro or a credit card), which is returned to the guest after leaving the premises, in case there is no damage. In order for your reservation to be guaranteed, a deposit must be paid at the amount of at least 30% of the whole amount, maximum 3 days from the the booking date, but not later than the arrival date. In case it is an official holiday- this is done in the first business day after.
