At Complex Europe, we place special emphasis on the quality of the products we use. That's why we have our own production of fresh vegetables and eggs. A large portion of the ingredients for the delicious dishes in our restaurant comes directly from our gardens and chicken coop, ensuring a unique taste and freshness. This closeness to nature allows us to create dishes that not only satisfy the senses but also offer healthy and balanced nutrition.

 

Our organic garden

One of the secrets of our excellent cuisine lies in the fresh vegetables we grow ourselves, without any artificial fertilization. We enrich the soil with the production from our own red Californian worm farm. We use organic humus from the farm, free from harmful substances, in preparing seedlings, before and during sowing, for fertilization, and for land reclamation.

 

In the greenhouse, we cultivate a year-round variety of vegetables, including tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, zucchinis, lettuce, spinach, and parsley etc.

 

This allows us to prepare delicious salads and vegetarian dishes filled with a unique taste and authenticity that are hard to find elsewhere. Moreover, if you wish, you can personally visit our garden and greenhouse, selecting vegetables that our chef will then prepare for you.

Fresh and Homemade Eggs

The eggs we use for our specialties and desserts are also from our own production. Complex Europe has its own henhouse that meets all the requirements for raising chickens. Our healthy and well-fed birds provide the necessary number of fresh eggs every day.

 

The henhouse is an additional attraction for our younger guests. Children happily visit it to observe the chickens and feed them.

 

 

 

Live Fish Aquarium

 

At Complex Europa, we take pride in our unique live fish aquarium, which we maintain during the summer seasons!

 

The variety of freshly caught fish in our aquarium allows us to offer guests more than just a regular dinner – they can personally choose their fish, which our chef will then prepare. This concept not only ensures freshness and quality but also provides a personalized culinary experience, making every lunch or dinner unforgettable.
